Dean Hatcher is Regional Vice President – Operations. Dean maintains an office at the MedExpress Headquarters and routinely travels among all centers.

Dean is former Chief Executive Officer for HealthSouth Western Hills Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Parkersburg, WV. He brings a wealth of experience leading people and processes in the healthcare industry.

Dean earned a BS in Education in 1989, and a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1992. Since then, Dean has a proven track record in several administrative positions in North Carolina and West Virginia. While CEO of HealthSouth, Dean recorded continuous customer satisfaction and profit achievements. Dean is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is an Adjunct Faculty Member at the West Virginia University School of Medicine.

Dean is responsible for:

• regional leadership and accountability for all operations and performance
• supervision and support for regional management personnel
• management of regional growth and development
• leadership of company personnel in achieving the company’s patient satisfaction expectations.
